Zambezi Grande Private Game Experience
This area of unspoilt grassland and woodland on the outskirts of Lusaka is renowned for its pristine trees as well as being home to more than 500 plains animals. Lilayi Lodge was officially opened in November 1991 and has been well known as one of Lusaka's main attractions for many years.
In 2013 the Miller Family decided to completely renovate this iconic piece of Zambian History and create a first class establishment that showcases the best that Zambia has to offer, thick bush to palm groves, complementing the splendour of the mighty Zambezi River that runs alongside the park

It hosts an abundance of wildlife and offers plenty of opportunities to sight many of the Big 5 on your drive. Zambezi Grande's river safaris are also not to be missed. Accompanied by world-class guides, you'll encounter picturesque wildlife lingering on the banks in their glorious natural state. A popular evening activity is the Sundowner river cruise. Indulge in aperitifs and snacks while you watch the golden Zambian sunset over the gentle waters of the Zambezi River.
Since welcoming their first guests in the fall of 2017, Zambezi Grande Private Game Experience, has spared no luxury.
