Waterberry Lodge

Welcomed by tranquil gardens and well-manicured lawns, stroll past an inviting blue swimming pool. Charming stone thatched cottages thoughtfully spaced out. When you reach the split-level main lodge, this property reveals stunning views of the Zambezi River stretching across to the north bank. This is Waterberry Lodge.

The lodge makes for a relaxing, friendly retreat as you explore the surrounding locale, including Livingstone and Victoria Falls. From birds to hippos to the ever-shy bushbuck there is plenty to see in the area. In-house activities include a visit to the Falls, Zambezi cruises, fishing, birding, a village walk and a town tour.

Activities such as helicopter and microlight flights, bungee jumps, white water rafting, canoeing, horse riding, dinner on the Royal Livingstone Express and many more are easily arranged through Waterberry Lodge during your stay.
Waterberry Lodge has three cottage categories to choose from, including secluded Riverside Cottages, Garden Cottages and Family Cottages. The double, twin or family en-suite bedrooms are open to the high thatch, with mosquito nets, overhead fans and air conditioning. Bathrooms have bathrobes, toiletries, hair dryers, and baskets for their free laundry service. Every room has a terrace with lounging furniture for sunbathing, birdwatching, private dinners or just relaxing.

Waterberry Lodge also has a gorgeous private villa for larger families. Meals are served in the ground floor dining area or alfresco on the sun terrace and deck overlooking the river. Upstairs the lounge is open to the thatch with comfortable seating, magnificent views, books, and an unusual collection of old African maps.
